The title says it all! It's gonna be about frogs, choir and goo balls today! =D First of all, I am gonna apologize to every living thing who found their ways into this junkyard, cause I'm not updating enough junks in here. xD And that... This might be my longest post ever! Took me 4 whole hours to get all these up. Especially the darn video and the photos. -.-;; So, erm... Let's go on to the show?
As most of you might already know, we of the Science Society of SMJK Kwang Hua held a frog-dissecting experiment last Saturday. Since some of the CCZG members can't attend this wonderful yet cruel activity, I've decided to tape the frog dissection by our lovely teacher, Ms. Nurul Aida so that everyone can watch it here.
So, erm... I might as well talk a little about what happened that day. During the morning, we woke up, each in our own little room in our own little house, thinking that today's activity might be awesome! We left our houses, all with anticipation, and a little mixture of...anxiety? Not really sure how to describe that, cause we're all afraid to actually cut the frogs at first. >>;; So, anyways, I was having breakfast with my family, eating Nasi Lemak [damn nice, the one in Setia Alam! xD]. Until suddenly, a phone call broke this peaceful family meal. =O
Oh, cheh! It's Chua. So, she called and asked where was I. And I told her I would be at school around 10. So, I thought the phone call was about to end, until...
"We've got no frogs leh!"
Dum dum dum dum....!!! No FROGS?! On a FROG dissecting experiment day?! Wow. What luck. Anyways, we began to contact each other quite frequent, and asking our parents for help, etc. Until, in the end, Chua brought a miracle upon the Science Society. =D She bought them! Although they were...smaller than we hoped. ^^;;
So, we all got ourselves ready in the classroom. [Darn it. Pn. Thulasi(dunno how to spell >>;;) go and mistaken the classrooms, so our classroom and bomba one clashed, ends up we use the form 1 classroom.] Some of the fellow loyal members came early, and were enthusiastically chatting to themselves. Some even approached the frogs inside the plastic bag and were like, "Eeeek! Ooouelch! Yahhhhh!" whatever squeals you can think of. [and mostly from boys... cause, most of our members are boys. *coughs*Wei Heng*coughs*Hoong Inn*coughs*Yee Hong*coughs*]
About 10.30am, our teacher arrived, and the dissection begins! =D And yes, yes. Here's the video you all been waiting for, impatiently... Muahaha!! And also, thought I should add this: I was mostly looking at the other side while taping this. xD So, erm... Buckets would be useful, just in case.

Okay, so during the dissection part, you can hear squeals from the students, or as I described in my weekly journal homework in school: the boys are actually praying so that the Mr.Frog can rest in peace. xD I'm not too sure if I taped the teacher's voice clearly or not, because she was actually explaining every single thing, in and out, of the frog. xP So, erm... I recall one boy saying religious things like, "Oh Lord. Such cruelty!" and such. *shrugs* [<<<
So, erm... The dissection process was finished, and it's time for the students to dissect frogs themselves, in groups. At first, I thought no one wanted to get involved in such an activity. I thought everyone would try to avoid it, after hearing their boyish squeals. xD But, no, I was proven wrong. As the camera...human, I walked around, taking random photos and all. And well, the results were kinda...well, indescribable? Still, pictures say a thousand words, and I'm pretty sure I can't describe something more than a thousand words, so, alright, I'll cut the crap.
Playing games before the dissection thingie so that the losers would have to arrange the tables. xD I know, lame. =P People in groups, and well... Ah Oh waving his hand. >>;; Everyone, listening intently to the lecture before the dissection. Teacher, preparing the dissection stuffs. Froggies in the plastic bag, waiting for their unknown deaths. ;_; This bunch are not our members! Wait... My father is in there too! [Yew Ping. xD]
I shall name this group: the S3 group! Although got one more is not from S3 lah... [Group included Ah Oh, Soon Kit, Vern Sen, Wei Heng.] One of the groups. ^^;; Another group. Walao. All so ganjiong to see one frog. Including you, Chua. xD The overall scene that day. And a little 'zao heng'. Sorry har... Successful attempt. Though... Goodbye, Mr. Frog! T_T Ouelch! Hung Chang did it. Yes, I mean Tan Hung Chang. >>;; [wait, I think the spelling's wrong. Oh well..]
Okay, so that ends the first part: frogs. On to the choir!

During the night, we went to watch Shin Bee's performance. Ah, this part of the post might be shorter... xD [Noxinbehdontkillme!]
We went there later than...dunno-who-the-hell expected, and well... Kinda forgot that we had to get our own seats. So, we ended up splitting up. Chua and Boon Shan sat on somewhere in the middle, and me and Bond[Ivy's new name xD] went to somewhere else. Ends up, I sat beside Jia Yee and Ke Lin and Kimberly and Hui Ying, while Bond sat in front of us. [the BOND!] I spoke some interesting comments that made Jia Yee laughed to her...[heart's content?] stomach's acheness.
Okay, okay. Nothing to say about that part anymore so we'll just skip to the choir!
Then, it began. The choir we've been waiting for...10 minutes? I forgot. Oh well. So, when the curtains were swept aside, and the choir humans came out, everyone began to search for Xin Beh. And when we spotted her, we all gave out our fangirl-ish squeals... "XIN BEIIIIIIIIIIII~~~" etc. Then, erm... They started singing, and blah, we started snapping photos. xD
And well.. erm...well... I like Six Pence. 8D One of their songs. The much much more active song. xP With Xin Beh in the middle of the first row, and not her usual on-top-of-the-piano-light spot. [You'll get it, if you're there. Maybe I might try to point it out to you guys with the pictures? But I'm too lazy to!! x.x]
So, my mum gave me a call after half of the show. Yes, bad news. She decided to come and pick me up on her own. Plus, I have to leave EARLY, which ended up creating a misunderstanding among Xin Beh, Qiao Fang and me. x.x They thought I didn't go watch them! D: After paying RM17?! No way!!! *clears throat* Ehem... Moving on...
Bond, Chua and I met one of our primary school friend, along with other Kwang Hua humans. And when my mum arrived in front of the school and gave me a call, I walked out of the hall so paiseh-ly. xD The end.

Alright, alright. Frogs, choirs, everything was posted! Just as you all forced me to! D=( Lol. Just joking. Anyways, yes. This is the time I've been waiting for! The time to...to...! WORLD OF GOO! Yes, I know Sher's probably thinking, "Omg. This girl har... Again with the goo game." Well, I am! World of Goo, there you go!

The first trailer is better, but I'm not missing out this one. =) Watch if you want. Open the game and...You're here! Welcome to the World of Goo! =D [By the way, if you're still blur, it's the main menu. xD] The box set! Good thing I don't have to buy it... It seemed expensive. =O Some images of the gameplay. =] One of my favorite places in World of Goo. Why? Cause the gameplay here is fun. Trust me. <3 The so-called Miss World of Goo! She won the beauty pageant of World of Goo, ya know? xD The most beautiful goo of all. =P Really. A cute little boy who is a resident in the World of Goo. No, not a goo. One of the maker of the game, Kyle Blagger who was in charge of the music, is too kind. He made the music downloadable in his website, so that we can enjoy them, without in exchange for money. =')
So, erm... What do I think of this simple yet challenging, cheap budget yet meaningful, goo-ey yet lovely game? I don't know how to say it. It's just... Wow. It's hard to actually think that this game was done by only two men, whose headquarter is any wi-fi cafeteria around in San Francisco. But, if you actually think about it, a simple game such as World of Goo is possibly made by two men only. Well, it is possible. And these two wonderful men, who called themselves 2D Boys, made their best, even if it's their first game together.
World of Goo is not only challenging, the story is, although little said, can be quite interesting. I wouldn't spoil anything here, so yep, skipping the plot. As for characters... World of Goo has many characters, but mainly, the Goo Balls. They are cute, trust me. Throw them around and you can hear them "Ah! Eek! Owh!" But that's not the main point, right? ^^;; I can't find any way to describe the Goo Balls to you, but if you follow the storyline well, you'll get what I mean. =]
And the music. Alas! I love the music!! Some can be soothing, some can sound very mysterious, some can be very mystifying, some are even adventurous, there are those which are even tragic, or even chaotic! )=D Overall, I love the music a lot, even thought most of them are made for other games in the first place. I even found the midi version of these soundtracks, and will definitely use some of them for my future blog music! =D So, be aware of the music you listen to when stepping into my blog! ;D
By the way, one of their caption of the game, I love it.

No animes for me to watch. ;_; Game: Duh? World of Goo, and well... Warcraft [aka dota xD], and well... Scarlet Weather Rhapsody[fightin' game~].
